What is Estate Planning?

Writer's picture: Elizabeth DutyElizabeth Duty

Estate Planning serves to cover the bases for you in transferring property in an unforeseen event or even death. For example, a full package may include powers of attorney, a will, a trust, or other options custom tailored to your needs. Although individual documents may be beneficial, it is best to allow an attorney to provide you with the recommendations and then go from there. Afterwards, you can choose whatever fits your budget.
